Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.
LeCEF believes financial circumstances should not prevent motivated young people from accessing meaningful educational opportunities.
Students and families who are able to pay may contribute toward the cost of certain programs. LeCEF combines these earned revenues with charitable contributions, grants, and partnerships to help expand access for students who cannot afford to participate.
Our goal is to build a model that is both sustainable and inclusive—one that can reach more young people without leaving those with fewer resources behind.

Lebanon has a deep tradition of education and a wealth of talented, ambitious young people. At the same time, economic challenges and unequal access to opportunity can make the transition from education to a successful future increasingly difficult.
LeCEF is beginning its work in Lebanon by developing and expanding educational and youth-development opportunities that address these challenges.
But our vision is broader.
We seek to build programs and partnerships that can grow over time, reach more communities, and create lasting educational opportunity.
